CGA redesigned Roundabout Theatre Companys
subscriber magazine to achieve a dramatic impact with a minimal
After the success of its capital campaign (for which CGA designed a campaign newsletter and event invitations) and the acquisition and renovation of a neglected Broadway theater, Roundabout had a new home. Its subscriber magazine needed to match the quality of this stellar facility. CGA executed a radical redesign using only two ink colors on the text pages and only three on the covers. The graphic style draws readers into the feature articles, helps them navigate from story to story and builds their relationship with Roundabout. No telling whether credit is due to the new theater or to the magazine, but subscriptions are up and Roundabout is the talk of the town.
